This is my third visit to Bangkok already, which my dad and Vicky sis can't seem to understand why am I so bland and boring. Vicky sis scolded, " Why can't you be more adventurous and go somewhere else?"
Pa was like, " hmmm,, 3rd time huh "
It was such a shocker when we realized that we didn't have the whole week off for deepavali hols. Damn pissing off ok. Like supposingly 11 ppl could've came along too. But ended up, Mel, Cy, Andy and Maxis had to ffk. Damn.
The worst part is, at the very last minute, our Uni decided to give us another day off. ( Meaning, more holidays) -.- Damn tulan ok.
I don't know how Jolene felt when she had to change her flight ticket to Friday morning, since she can't fly on Thursday evening simply because of exam. Then later was told that the exam is in the morning.
(they just gotta change the schedule at the VERY LAST MINUTE, and decided, oh well, Thursday afternoon is just no good after all, so lets change to THURSDAY morning then.)
Then all of the sudden, Monday is an off day! When Mel and Steph and Cy would have their clinics on that day. Cancelled.
Wahlueh, If Mel and Cy knew earlier......just if...
Anyhoo, the pictures is not in any paticular order with the sequence of days when were there. Super Random ok.
1. Suan Lum Market.
Went there twice, during that 5 days.
The very first night kita dah tak leh control ourselves.
The moment we stepped onto SuanLum, "SEQUINNED SKIRT!" " SEQUINNED DRESS!" "SO CUTE LAH!!" " SUPER NICE!"
Till one point, ( urm..we barely finish that small alley okay) Charis went " Im not going to have dinner yah" >.< style="font-style: italic;">Super.
Oh this is the place where all the hot and fit guys are, and hamsap Steph was drooling all the time we were there. If shinghui......was there...dielah, air liur meleleh tak henti henti.
2. The Last Dinner.
Kat Kao Shan Market, where it wasn't as lively as it is before. Plus, we were quite tired throughout the day. And pretty broke.
This is when Charis made a remark, " Ha...this trip only 100+ pictures only"
3. My Favourite Things
I got the PVC Bomber Jacket, Studed PacMan T-shirt, Suspenders, Flora Shirt, Polka dot shirt, and Checkered Jacket.
4. Things you wont get back in M'sia.
See, there's a huge diff between Bangkok and M'sia. (even Singapore)
Their shopping malls alone already triumph ours lah.
They got like 4 or 5 shopping malls in an area. ( Kita pun ada)
But what are we lacking of?
Diversity, Uniqueness, Variety, Architecture.
Their boutique in diff shopping malls are so very different!
Kat KualaLumpur, you get Topshop in KLCC, LOT10, One Utama, & Mid Valley.
Bangkok? I only see TopMan in Central World. That also hard to spot lah, not like M'sia, like Topman is the only fahsion boutique.
5. Magazines!
This too. You can almost get every international Mag.
I-D, V, L'Homme.
It's so hard for me to buy Vogue sometimes , I need to go all the way to Penang and get my own copy. -.-
6. Uhuh, we were there!
ELLE Fashion Week! Where all the chic Bangkok-nese come out and strut their stuff.
Chic and beautiful people everywhere and you see a bunch of adults wearing short pants and flipflops wandering around with their mouth wide open.
7. Green Curry Bangkok Style.
Loving this so so much.
8. Bedrooms Hotel.
Heh. The best hotel yet. Not the location tho. And they're a tad bit strict.
9. Lonely Meals.
Yah, That's pretty much how it goes.
It's like upon reaching a market, decide where to meet, and see ya later till the time said.
If you want to eat, you can either have LAYS or have lunch or dinner by yourself.
For 3 consecutive days, 7 of us haven't had the time to even sit down to eat together gether yo.
10. Candid shot.
Heh. Jesse the nice guy who's Jolene's friend, brought us to this nice little cafe at Siam Square which serves delicious Green Curry and Pattai and some other stuff which I can't recall. And for spending the whole night with us.
11. Some random bakery which we rejected. Bekk.
12. Langit Merah.
Highlight of the night alright.
Super duper nice to be on top..and overlooking the Bangkok City.
13. 9 people Taxi ( including the driver)
Stephie super hyperactive. (left picture)
So is excited Charis.
Something that you can't do in M'sia. Heh.
14. Stephanie with her bitter coffee. Yucks.
15. Died after coffee shot.
16. Super cool guy skating with roller skates just outside of "Siam Kitchen"
17. At the bakery.
18. Charis promoting water bottle. And Stephanie.
19. Chatuchak Market Map.
Which we didnt get to go anyways.
Not entirely open on Fridays.
Sigh.
